(Beta only) I have to re-import the hands every time, is this normal?
Yes, this is normal in the beta. However the hand importer is very fast so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. For example importing 500 000 hands on an old Mac Mini should only take a few minutes.
Note that this shall change: in version 1.0 you won't have to re-import your hands at every startup anymore.
One of the Poker Lens beta tester managed to import 2 million hands in less than two minutes on a Mac octo-core, effectively importing about 17 000 hands per second!
The HUD stats are not at the correct position, how to fix this?
By right-clicking (or ctrl-click or apple-click) on any HUD stat you can bring up the HUD menu. You can then fine-tune the position of every stats group.
Note that you should not "rotate" yourself all the stats: if the name of all the players are wrong, it simply means you haven't correctly configured your "preferred seat".
Note that for some sites, like PokerStars, you preferred seat, if any, should be automatically detected.
